Dark Night of the Soul (DNOTS) Mastery Course consists of five courses.
1) Emotional Processing
One of the first steps in the mastery of your DNOTS-Performance [Dark Night of the Soul] is to learn how to process your emotions. This is a basic guide explaining one method of how to mentally process your emotions.
2) Body Communication
Body-Communication gives you an idea of how to communicate with your body, the steps in the journey, and how to discern whether a sensation is coming from within your body, or from an outside or external source.
Self-Care and self love routines is a brief look at how to restore the trust within the relationship between your body and your conscious mind.
3) Pleasure Observation
Pleasure-Practice gives you a brief guideline on how to observe your behaviors. This goes over how to observe your behavior with regards to a seeking of pleasure activity, but can be utilized for different scenarios.
4) Controller Entities
Controller Spirits/Entities explains the manipulative tactics of various guides one may encounter upon their path of ascension. The focus here in practice will be to question EVERYTHING you are guided to do within the telepathic channel.
5) Dark Night of the Soul (DNOTS)
Master your Dark Night of the Soul takes some of the mystery out of what you may be feeling during your DNOTS. We cover what to expect, and how to process the things that come up using a journaling process among other valuable tips and tools for those who are looking to master their DNOTS-Performance.
The order of watching, reading, practicing of these courses is of your own volition. As the material is to be practiced and thus will be referenced and repeated numerous times, for the one participating in the course(s) with diligent practice of self-mastery. This is a large course, it is approximately a 3-6 month course, self-paced. This course is designed to be repeated numerous times.
